POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A BREAK-IN
SEEKING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE
(WYOMING, ON) - Members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a break-in at a local business and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying those responsible.
On April 24, 2026, just before 9:30 am members of the Lambton OPP were dispatched to a business on Front Street in the Town of Wyoming, for a report of a break and enter.
The investigation revealed unknown individuals gained entry to the business between 4:00 am and 5:30 am and it is not yet known what has been stolen.
Police are looking to identify two suspects and a vehicle involved in the incident. Descriptions provided are as follows:
Suspect one:
- White male
- Dark hair with a beard
- Wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white writing on the sleeves
- Black pants
- Brown high-top styles shoes or boots
Suspect two:
- Wearing blue jeans
- Purple or burgundy shirt
Vehicle:
- Small black sedan
- Silver wheels/hubcaps
- No window tint
The investigation remains ongoing.
