TRAFFIC STOP ON HIGHWAY 402 RESULTS IN CHARGES

(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) - An individual from Sarnia is facing charges following a traffic stop in Plympton-Wyoming.
On April 29, 2026, shortly after 12:30 am, members of Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 402 in the Municipality of Plympton-Wyoming.
As a result of the investigation, Aaron CRACKLE 35-years-old, of Sarnia, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with the following offences:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Drive Motor Vehicle - Preform stunt - Excessive speed
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a fourteen-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Sarnia on June 1, 2026.
