(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) - The Lambton County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a three-vehicle collision that sent two individuals to hospital.

On December 1, 2025, just before 1:45 pm, members of the Lambton OPP responded to a collision involving two passenger vehicles and a pickup truck at the intersection of Confederation Line and Forest Road in Warwick Township.

The driver of one of the passenger vehicles was transported by ORNGE air ambulance to hospital with life-threatening injuries. An update received later confirmed the injuries have since been downgraded to non-life-threatening. A passenger in that same vehicle was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the pickup truck was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Four occupants in the second passenger vehicle were uninjured.

Confederation Line was closed between Bear Creek Crescent and Stewardson Road for approximately five hours and has since reopened.

The investigation is ongoing.
