OPP CHARGE DRIVER FOLLOWING TWO-VEHICLE COLLISION

(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) - One individual has been charged following a two-vehicle collision in St. Clair Township.
On February 28, 2026, just before 5:30 pm, members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Lambton County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to a report of a collision at the intersection of Kimball Road and Courtright Line between a sport utility vehicle and a sedan.
One individual was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 22-year-old individual of Chatham has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with Careless Driving.
