TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO IMPAIRED DRIVER

(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) - An individual is facing charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Plympton-Wyoming.
On March 29, 2026, just before 12:40 am, while conducting general patrol, a member of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on London Line, east of Camlachie Road.
As a result of the investigation, Danial ANDRADE, 35-year-old of Wyoming, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Sarnia on April 20, 2026.
