(KILLALOE-HAGARTY-RICHARDS TWP., ON.) - The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver with impaired after a single vehicle rollover.

On September 15, 2025, just after 6:30 pm, OPP officers were advised of a vehicle in the ditch after it had rolled over on Round Lake Rd. in the Township of Killaloe-Hagarty-Richards. The lone person in the vehicle suffered very minor injuries and was not transported to a local hospital. As part of the investigation a Roadside Screening Device was utilized, and the driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.

Nicholas DENMAN, 34 years old, of Pembroke was charged with impaired operation.

The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. They were released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on October 20, 2025.
