UOV OPP INVESTIGATE AFTER VEHICLE STOLEN IN PEMBROKE

(PEMBROKE, ON) - The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating after an SUV was stolen in the City of Pembroke.
During the overnight hours of April 2-3, 2026, a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander SUV was stolen from a residential driveway on Irving Street in Pembroke. The vehicle was blue in colour and Ontario license plate CZYJ 424 was attached to the SUV at the time of the theft. During the same time period, there was an attempted theft of a 2025 Toyota Tacoma truck from a driveway on Boucher Street in Laurentian Valley Township.
The OPP Renfrew County Street Crime Unit is assisting with the investigation along with the OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS) Unit and an OPP Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO).
