COLLISION IN THAMES CENTRE LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE

(THAMES CENTRE, ON) - Driver charged with Impaired after single vehicle collision in Thames Centre.

On May 31, 2025, at 2:14 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London Paramedic Service and Thames Centre Fire were dispatched to Hamilton Road in the Municipality of Thames Centre for report of a single vehicle collision.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Felicia GOYETTE, a 39-year-old of Cambridge has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired - Alcohol
  • Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on July 22, 2025.

There were no injuries reported.
