(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - Single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle has left one individual with life-threatening injuries.

On June 7, 2025, at 7:35 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London Paramedic Service and local fire were dispatched to Vanneck Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.

Early investigation revealed two motorcycles were travelling together, southbound on Vanneck Road near McEwen Drive, when one rider lost control and crashed.

As a result of the collision, the rider was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Vanneck Road remained closed for a few hours between Sixteen and Fifteen Mile Roads as members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) Team assisted with the investigation.

The investigation is continuing.
