YOUTH FACING CHARGES IN NORTH MIDDLESEX

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) - Youth facing charges in North Middlesex.
On February 23, 2026, at 9:29 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a residence on Delaware Street in Parkhill, Municipality of North Middlesex for the report of a disturbance.
As a result, a 14-year-old, of North Middlesex, was taken into custody and charged with Assault, Assault with a weapon and two counts of Mischief - destroys or damages property under the Criminal Code.
There were no injuries reported.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date to speak to the charges.
The youth’s identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).
