OPP INVESTIGATING DAYTIME BREAK & ENTER ATTEMPT IN MIDDLESEX CENTRE

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - Middlesex County OPP investigating daytime break and enter attempt in Middlesex Centre.
On January 31, 2026, at 2:14 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a residence on Crestview Drive in Kilworth, Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of break and enter in progress.
Investigation revealed an unknown individual attempted to gain entry through a rear door to the residence, however, was scared off by the homeowner who was home at the time.
The suspect, described as a white male, approximately 50-years-old with a scruffy beard, fled the area in a small blue hatchback car, similar to a Hyundai Accent.
The investigation is continuing.
