(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) - Disturbance investigation in North Middlesex results in charge.
On December 10, 2025, at 9:59 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in Parkhill, Municipality of North Middlesex, for the report of a disturbance.
While investigating the incident, an officer was assaulted.
The officer wasn’t injured.
James SAUNDERS, a 35-year-old of North Middlesex, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Assault a Peace Officer
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in London on January 15, 2026, to speak to the charge.
