(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) - Intimate partner investigation leads to charges.
On February 16, 2026, at 3:59 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in Lucan, Lucan-Biddulph, for the report of a disturbance.
As a result, a 35-year-old of Middlesex County, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Assault with a Weapon - Spousal
- Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm-Spousal
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date to speak to the charges.
