(STRATHROY-CARADOC, ON) - Driver facing impaired charge after traffic stop.

On November 2, 2025, at 1:41 am, a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on general patrol on Glendon Drive in the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, observed a suspicious vehicle, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Kyle CUTLER, a 31-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired - alcohol
  • Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London on December 1, 2025, to speak to the charges.
