SINGLE VEHICLE COLLISION LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - Driver facing Impaired driving charge after single vehicle collision in Middlesex Centre.
On April 9, 2026, at 11:22 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to Vanneck Road at Medway Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of a single vehicle collision.
The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex County OPP Detachment.
As a result, Ramesh ADHIKARI, a 46-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Operation while impaired - Alcohol
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Dangerous Operation
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London to speak to the charges on May 11, 2026.
