BREAK-AND-ENTER INVESTIGATIONS CONTINUE IN SIMCOE

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Police are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the individuals involved in separate break-and-enter investigations in Simcoe.
On Sunday, May 10, 2026, at approximately 4:33 pm, members of the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported break-and-enter at a property on Grigg Drive in Simcoe.
The investigation determined that at least two unidentified individuals attended the address, one operating a black pickup truck and the other a red sedan. The individuals forced entry into several storage units on the property and stole various items, including a camping trailer that was later recovered by the Six Nations Police Service.
On Monday, May 25, 2026, at approximately 7:38 am, officers responded to a separate break-and-enter at a property on West Street in Simcoe.
The investigation determined that shortly after midnight, an unidentified individual, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and face covering, attended the address on foot and unlawfully entered a business on the property. No items were reported stolen.
