OPP INVESTIGATING FATAL COLLISION IN NORFOLK COUNTY

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision near Frogmore.
On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at approximately 9:25 am, Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, along with Norfolk County Paramedic Services and the Norfolk County Fire Department, responded to a single-vehicle collision on 2nd Concession Road ENR near Frogmore.
The investigation revealed that a pickup truck was travelling along 2nd Concession Road ENR when it left the roadway and collided with a tree.
The driver, a 39-year-old Norfolk County resident, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased.
2nd Concession Road ENR, which had been closed between Norfolk County Road 45 and Beach Lane for several hours during the investigation, has since reopened.
