THREE CHARGED FOLLOWING STREET CRIME UNIT DRUG TRAFFICKING INVESTIGATION

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Three individuals have been charged as a result of a drug trafficking investigation led by the Haldimand/Norfolk Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU).
On Friday, April 10, 2026, at approximately 6:02 am, members of the Haldimand/Norfolk OPP CSCU, with assistance from the Brant/Oxford OPP CSCU, the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team, and the West Region OPP Canine Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence on Scott Avenue in Simcoe as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
Three individuals were located inside the residence and taken into custody without incident. A subsequent search of the residence resulted in the seizure of suspected cocaine and crack cocaine, Canadian currency, drug-related paraphernalia, and a prohibited weapon.
Charged with the following alleged offences is 33-year-old Camall BROWN-WILLIAMS of Brampton, Ontario:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine - two counts, - Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, - Unauthorized possession of weapon, - Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000 - in Canada, - Failure to comply with undertaking
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Friday, April 10, 2026.
Also charged is 32-year-old Kyle SPENCER, of Norfolk County, with the following alleged offences:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine - two counts, - Fail to comply with Probation Order - two counts
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Friday, April 10, 2026.
Also charged is 65-year-old Darlene JOHNSTON, of Norfolk County, with the following alleged offence:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine - two counts
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
