POLICE SEEK ASSISTANCE IDENTIFYING SHOPLIFTING SUSPECT IN NORFOLK

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying an individual connected to a shoplifting investigation in Simcoe.
On Sunday, August 24, 2025, at approximately 2:59 pm, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft at a business on Queensway East in Simcoe.
The investigation determined that shortly before 2:00 pm the same day, an unidentified female-believed to be in her 40s and wearing a pink tank top, necklace, and blue pants or shorts-entered the business, took a bicycle, and left without making payment.
The suspect was last observed leaving the area in a silver or grey sport utility vehicle.
