ALTERCATION AT FALL FAIR RESULTS IN CHARGE

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) - An individual has been charged following an incident at the Fergus Fall Fair over the weekend.
On September 12, 2025, at approximately 11:45 pm, The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a physical altercation between two individuals at the Fergus Fall Fair.
Eric BOLGER, a 19-year-old of Alma, was charged under the Criminal Code with Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
The victim attended a local hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph on October 14th, 2025, to answer to the charge.
