(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) - The Wellington detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a London resident with assault following an intimate partner violence investigation.
On June 22, 2025, at approximately 1:30 am, members of the Wellington County OPP were dispatched to a report of a disturbance outside of a residence in Rockwood.
As a result of the investigation, a 39-year-old individual from London, Ontario is charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Assault - Spousal
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice-Guelph at a later date.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim(s).
