POLICE INVESTIGATE BREAK AND ENTER IN FERGUS

(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) - Police are requesting the public’s assistance regarding a recent break and enter in Fergus.
On March 11, 2026, at approximately 1:30 am, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a break and enter at a business on Tower Street in Fergus.
Suspects arrived in a black Dodge Ram and used a utility bar to smash the front glass door. The suspects then went behind the counter and attempted to gain access to a vault. The suspects were unsuccessful in their attempt and departed.
The Wellington County OPP is investigating this incident and is looking to identify any suspects or vehicles involved.
Suspect 1 is described as: White, male, wearing gray face covering, black Reebok hoodie, black pants, black/white Air Jordan 1 sneakers, using plastic bags as gloves.
Suspect 2 is described as: White, male, wearing black balaclava, black Adidas hoodie, black pants, white shoes, grey gloves.
Vehicle is described as: Black Dodge Ram with silver rims. No marker obtained.
