(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) - Police investigating theft in Fergus.
On March 24, 2026, at approximately 4:00 pm, the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified of a theft that occurred at a local business on Tower Street South within the Town of Fergus.
Investigation determined that earlier that day, at approximately 3:20 pm, on March 24, 2026, three unidentified suspect(s) entered the business and had stolen numerous food items before fleeing from the store northbound in a suspect vehicle.
The suspect vehicle is described as a 2019 Grey Toyota Corolla bearing Ontario licence plate CCVB536.
