(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) - One individual charged following an intimate partner violence incident in Puslinch.
On March 16, 2026, at approximately 8:45 pm, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a disturbance at an address in Puslinch Township.
As a result of the investigation, a 48-year-old from Puslinch, is charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Assault - spousal
- Obstruct peace officer
The victim did not sustain any reported injuries.
The accused was held in police custody pending a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim(s).
