IMPAIRED DRIVER ARRESTED IN PUSLINCH

(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) - A driver has been charged following a traffic stop in Puslinch.
On May 3, 2026, at approximately 6:30 pm, a member of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit was conducting proactive traffic patrol on Brock Road South within Puslinch Township and initiated a traffic stop.
As a result of the investigation, Ann VANDINTHER, a 66-year-old from Puslinch Township, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on June 12, 2026.
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a 7-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
