(MAPLETON TOWNSHIP, ON) - A motorist faces charges after their vehicle struck a residence.
On November 26, 2025, at approximately 12:15 am, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a single-vehicle collision with a home on Elora Street North in Mapleton Township.
As a result of the investigation, a 19-year-old from Caledonia, is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:
- Careless driving
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Provincial Offences Court in Guelph on a later date.
Two vehicle occupants were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
