(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charge a Chatsworth resident with two criminal charges stemming from an impaired driving investigation.

On June 15, 2025, at approximately 11:30 pm, members of the Wellington County OPP were made aware of a single motor vehicle collision, involving a truck losing control and landing into a nearby ditch off Minto Street North within Clifford.

As a result of the investigation, Jesse JUONI, a 19-year-old of Chatsworth is charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
  • Failure or refusal to comply with demand

There were no injuries as a result of the collision.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph on June 24, 2025.
