Kamado Joe Jr. KJ13RH 13.5 inch Charcoal Grill, Blaze Red

(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) - Members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a novice driver from Fergus following a single-motor vehicle collision.

On August 14, 2025, at approximately 8 am, members of the Wellington County OPP responded to reports of an abandoned vehicle in a ditch. The driver was located on foot a short distance away.

Westin McLEOD, 27 years old from Fergus, is charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Novice driver - B.A.C. above zero

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on August 29, 2025.
