IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED FOLLOWING ROLLOVER IN PUSLINCH

(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) - An individual has been charged following a collision in Puslinch.
On April 22, 2026, at approximately 11:00 pm, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the West Region Emergency Response Unit, and local paramedic services were dispatched to a single-vehicle rollover on Watson Road South near Leslie Road West in Puslinch Township.
As a result of the investigation, Daniel HADDAD, a 29-year-old from Campbellville, is charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Dangerous operation
- Obstruct peace officer
The accused was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on June 2, 2026.
