(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) - Individual charged following incident in Guelph-Eramosa.
On December 30, 2025, at approximately 9:30 pm, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of an altercation at a residence within Guelph-Eramosa Township.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 58-year-old from Guelph-Eramosa Township, is charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Assault - spousal
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph at a later date.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim(s).
