(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) - On July 23, 2025, at approximately 11:45 pm, officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on Wellington Road 18 in Aboyne.
During the operation, officers observed a vehicle entered the RIDE program.
As a result of the investigation, Kyle RAMOS 37-year-old of Fergus, was charged with:
- Operation While Impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice - Guelph, on August 8, 2025.
